How to use

You can choose to use either the Shell Recharge app, or contactless payment where supported.
Connect your vehicle to the charging point.
Start the smartphone app and find your charger location, choose Charge to start the charge.

This modern car park has a lift and stairway access directly into Churchill Square shopping mall.

The location

Situated in the centre of Brighton, Churchill Square is Brighton's main shopping mall. It offers a huge number of high street shops and is close by to the popular Brighton Lanes with its excellent restaurants and nightlife. This car park is also close to Brighton Beach with everything it has to offer: Brighton Pier, Pubs, Restaurants and the i360 are all a stroll along the beautiful seafront.

Directions

From the coastal road of the A259, or Kings Road, turn north up West Street, following sign posts for City Centre (Churchill Square). This will take you past the first set of traffic lights, Travelodge, the Parish Church of Saint Paul on the left and then the large Brighthelm pub. Once you see the pub, the car park is immediately on your left to turn in to.

Follow signposts for the car park as you drive up West Street, past the Parish Church of Saint Paul on the left.
The turning to the car park has The Bright Helmpub on the corner (pictured here with scaffolding), turn immediately left.
The entrance is then straight ahead, clearly labelled. As you approach the barriers, stick to the far left. The charging bays are located immediately on the left after entering the car park.
There are four of the 22kW AC chargers have two outlets.
