After sifting through the results of what has been our largest survey of EV users in Brighton & Hove to date, we're pleased to announce the results.
We conduct our annual survey to allow EV owners to share their
experiences of using charging infrastructure in the city, with the aim of
helping to improve things over time. Our questions focus on the key topics
of Access to charge points, Reliability of the hardware and the Price of
charging. This years survey is the first to include feedback on the city's new Rapid Chargers, which were installed during 2021 at three locations, offering rapid charging for both the public and electric taxis.
