What does "being ICED" mean?

You might hear this term being mentioned. As an electric vehicle owner, when someone driving petrol or diesel vehicle parks in a charging bay, it can be extremely frustrating. It's a bit like if someone were to park in the entrance of a petrol station. EV owners refer to these cars Internal Combustion Engine vehicles as ICE cars, hence when one is parked in an EV bay, it's called being ICE'd.

In Brighton, non-EV cars parked in a mandatory EV bay may be subject to a penalty charge notice.
