The Big Lemon to launch the EV Works in East Brighton

Brighton-based pioneers of Electric Buses, The Big Lemon, are paving the way for a low-carbon city, as they announce plans for a new zero-emissions transport hub.

The project, known as EV Works, will trial a whole fleet of electrified transport options, all available to hire by local community and businesses - and will include e-Cargo bikes, Electric Cars, Vans, Pickups and Buses. The EV Works trial will operate from the disused gas works in East Brighton, right next to the Big Lemon's headquarters.

The new initiative is kicking off with a launch event that invites everyone who is interested in finding out more, to come on down to the EV Works on Thursday 9th June at 5-7pm. There will be the chance to tour the site, learn about infrastructure plans and hear more about the big plans that The Big Lemon has for EV Works. Plus, they'll be beers and snacks from the local Brighton Bier tap room.
